What to look for once it's in your calendar
Open the Court Setup Crew shift on Wed, Oct 21. The notes show the call time moved from 11:00 AM to 9:00 AM, which email moved it, and when.
Two preseason shifts are marked CANCELLED. They stay on the calendar, clearly labeled, so nobody wonders whether the system lost them.
Every shift names the email it came from. That's the audit trail.

How to remove the demo calendar
Open your calendar app's list of calendars, select "GameCal Demo - Magic Game Day Staff," and choose Unsubscribe or Remove. Nothing else on your calendar is touched.
